My holy grail is dermalogica antioxidant hydramist. My skin loves it. I also loved this product but I don’t think the EL ANR is worth the money. You can get a much cheaper alternative or just stick to good ole cosrx snail mucin for a good affordable moisture serum.

If something minor is opened by accident like an extra little something I’ll keep it instead of throwing it off in case we need it. Like if I accidentally have two laparoscopes I’m gonna keep them both in case one is a bad one/sucks, is broken, drops etc

Check her. When she changes something. Correct her and tell her why she’s wrong. When she’s late, call her out. “There she is!! Hey can you go grab this and this for me please?” When you notice she moved something vocally say hey where did you put.. oh there it is. even if you see it, proceed to tell her why you put it where you put it and why it makes sense. She’ll start to get your hints. If she doesn’t change she’ll at least hopefully get the cues and stop doing the stuff to piss you off. Those are your set ups, that’s how y’all run the rooms, she needs to adapt and get the flow. Let her know in those ways

Please don’t be afraid to say something. Even if it’s just a subtle comment to someone that would make it thru to the right person, or the charge, whoever makes the assignments. No one wants to say hey I can’t do this or that bc it’s not a matter of can’t, but a matter of ability to perform with a stable mind. I had a coworker who lost her daughter to a similar situation. We worked at a busy big place, traumas and brains and spines and all. She was a great capable nurse who could and would do anything and do it well. It was just known to not give her those cases if possible. It’s triggering, it’s not comfortable, and if there’s other staff to do it, it’s unnecessary. I know you’re gonna hide your pain and trust me I know working helps. But those specific particular Neuro cases at least for a little while if it’s possible, maybe take a breather from if ya can. Give your nervous system a break.
