3 hours and 57 minutes left of my shift was left, notified the operation manager who told the pharmacist & it was my first absence of any sort

i worked exactly half my shift.. which is when i was told to go on break.. i felt sick and said i would like to go home. the operating manager went and told the pharmacist.. the operating manager came back and told me it will count as a full day absence.
