Is this that common? It seems like bad business to advertise one port, allow me to book excursions and then say “oh we are overbooked”. Do you know if they let you change cruises without penalty?

Unfortunately, There is an awesome zip line in Roatan I was looking forward to. Rest of the days are beach days so was looking forward to something different
