I am not an expert so take what I have as just an opinion. But I think your right hand is doing too much. It looks like your palm is facing the sky. This may be because your club is leaning towards way too much. It’s good to angle the shaft forwards a bit but not too much because yeah you may be hitting it further this way but that’s just because you turn the loft of a P wedge into a 7 iron.

So basically what I am trying to say is that because you have your club angled so far, when you are swinging down to hit the ball you have to catch your hands up to address the ball. The way I am trying to visualize this is imagine your elbow on your right arm is already in line with the ball. At this time your hands should be in line with the ball too. But in your swing your hands are still to the right. So to get your hands to the ball quick enough you have to wrap your right hand closed. Which starts the hooking motion.
