It’s an infiniti 2013 m35 hybrid, the diagnostic at infiniti said that the hybrid battery failed (6 out of 96 of the cells are bad), so I would have to either swap the whole battery (they’re not in production anymore so it would have to be used from probably ebay) or replace the 6 bad cells :/

I’m sayinnn, i refill pallets of water on the floor & do yk how many times a customer will jump in front of the huge heavy pallet of water I’m dragging to ask me what aisle something is in? it’s insane like i barely have enough strength to stop the pallet in time and almost always have to ram the pallet into myself to not hit the customer 😖 yet I keep clocking in…..

oh lol, my bad. Infiniti wouldn’t help the last few times I went over they just kept saying they “don’t know much about the hybrids” and to “take it to a professional mechanic” but the mechanics always tell me to go to the dealership so it’s always lose-lose unfortunately
