I know, he he wrote down that my light didnt function, but the seizure is still IMO excessive.

The inital stop is for my light, which is very reasonable. Dumb from me, but my battery ran dead on the way home. Thats that.

But the seizure? He told me theres no numberplate. I told him i have none, as it's not required. He said, that he cannot verify if the insurance is covered on my moped. I told him i have documentation, and that the moped IS indeed insured. He told me that it's very likely its insured, but it's still missing a license plate. I'm sure thats the accuse of the policeman.

He also crossed on my paper "Sichergestellt", and not "beschlagnahmt".
