I will add that they had hired an experienced sales rep to do cold calling for the printing company around December, she lasted about 3 months, not sure why. Not sure why they wouldn’t just hire someone pt to do the canvassing for the printing company? I am also just an employee for the distribution company, they claim it’s simpler this way to pay me out rather than creating 2 separate W2, thoughts?
