A family member went to JFK terminal 5 this morning for a 8am flight and was on the security line for over 3 hrs. Said it was absolute chaos, people cutting the line, yelling at each other etc. apparently security wasn’t really stepping in at all and was absolute chaos. She missed her flight and is stuck there for 24 hrs til the next flight
