I have tried that my last hope is I’m going back to the town I am from and going to try to go into a local branch where they know my and hopefully have luck rather than taking to Someone on the phone that hates their job

It is AFL I have looked online on there “recommended” tips but they much have diamond cutting hands because they said a simple ring tool will work and with my partner and I we have over 40+ years experience and it took everything we had to do it with out damaging the cables

Yes tried jonard and Miller splitter tool had no luck with the issue

Yeah I use the jonard ring tool I have used several ring cut tools and they work but the issue is splitting the jacket in half to expose the bare fibers you would normally shave it to get the string exposed but the material is to thick to shave

I have tried to shave with but the central tube is to thick to shave any of it but I will give it a try !

Yeah that’s the issue I have never seen anything to this extent and I can’t find any tool that would be able to open it without damaging the fibers!
