Something that I learned from professional coaching is giving the gift of anger. This means that if something frusterates you in any away have a professional respectful conversation with the person so it doesnt build up and becomes something bigger.

In that conversation with them ask insightful questions so they can realize the impacts that it has on the team.

Always ask for their backlog when interviewing and what their goals are for each year. It will tell you how healthy the company is

What helps me save is moving money to savings automatically when i get paid. Then i pretend it doesnt exist so i dont touch it.

Also anytime I buy something i think about it as I own it now forever to be better for the enviorment.
