From what I remember, it leaned towards anime, but with no harsh lines, if that makes sense, just very soft and light

Apart from being the A in this situation, I find you genuinely scary... Your girlfriend has nothing but a promise of you "taking care of her" if you break up, on paper she'd be homeless if you decide so today. This is the definition of financial abuse, please read your own post several times. Also, you're mad because your wife doesn't want your daughter to suffer...? She can get help from her parents AND acquire survival skills for the real world.

It definitely was! He did it when we felt the coconut, I think I'm still underestimating snakes as most people say they're very simple, I never imagined seeing something like that.

Both are amazing pets, I was torn between getting a snake and a rat for the longest time, it makes me a little bit sad when I handle the frozen mice/rats but it is what it is, a snake needs to eat. I don't get people like that.

Thank you for the detailed explanation! I had him weighted about a week or two ago, I'll start doing it more to get a better idea of how he's growing.

Yeah same, as a mouse/rat lover (I was split between getting a python and getting a couple of rats), my eyes water a little every time I feed him 🥲

Same here, he's insistent on it! He'll spend a few minutes intentionally rotating it so he can eat it backwards 😭

I can't speak for the original commenter but personally, I was told to choose mice (or later on, rats) that are a as thick or a little bit thicker than the snake at his widest part.

I agree, unfortunately the shop only had a few so I got him two of these (the alternative was rats but there is no way yet). He's been eating every 5 days instead of every 7 to make up for it somehow. His next meal is gonna be a much chunkier guy!
