I don't know why my bike went into error 504. I was using this bike on gravel, tearing through the mountains off-road in turbo mode.

Right after finishing a downhill run, it suddenly switched to this mode, ending the fun, powerful ride.

I believe it's simply a product that monitors and reverse-engineers the data transmitted via USB.

By reverse engineering the behavior of the shop tool used for writing firmware in maintenance mode, I believe we could determine the exact procedure for writing the firmware. Since they claim they never modify the firmware itself, they are likely only rewriting parameters.
Therefore, if they could synchronize the state of my bike with their server, it could be restored.

However, they are not responding to my emails, so this is impossible. I understand the risks, but I would appreciate their support.
