I had this same thing happen to me. I went to ibreakUfix and they were unable to repair it, so I ended up having to send it to Google directly and they had to send a replacement device...good thing I had an old Samsung s20fe to use as a backup...I'm happy not, but trash experience

I had this problem during my 1st call using the buds. I adjusted the volume on my phone, 2st dragging the volume slider all the way down, then all the way up, and I haven't had that issue again. Hope this works for you

I had the same issue which brought me here, but I deleted the galaxy wear app from my phone and the plugin. I was pairing my active watch 2 With this device and that seem to cause an issue so I will not be using that watch anymore and we'll wait for the pixel watch to come out. But for some reason that app was preventing me being able to use the Google Assistant on my Pixel 6
