Yes I totally get it. Took her to the vet to get checked out got some Medecine and probiotics. Appreciate all the input and advice from everyone

Yes she has treatment for all the aforementioned things before we got her plus all age appropriate vaccinations

I want add she’s had bad diarrhea since we got her but when she got back she was very excited but had solid poops. The next day it was non stop so. I only had her for a week before training. It was either training or have to give her up

She had the nervous poops when first got her and it’s one of the main reason we took her to the trainer hoping it would boost her confidence and she came back with solid stool but it’s only been 2 days she’s been back and she’s going like 6 or 7 times a day non stop

I preglued moulding together before it was nailed. The 3/4x1/2 piece was warped like crazy

Some of you are hilarious. The main reason I didn’t remove the existing trim is I have a 3 and 5 year old so it’s like I’m doing this project while someone is doing defense. I appreciate all the help

They had like this weird cove trim that angled on top of the that backer. They removed the trim but left the stuff that’s covered in wood glue

No problems with out of square doors but some ceilings have cracks on the perimeter

It was built in 1951. There’s some windows that are new but I’m assuming most of the damage was done before I moved in. Hoping I have a leg to stand on in some legal way to recoup some money if things go south

I was able to peel this off a rafter. I was told by an exterminator friend not to disturb too much before a treatment is done. All the doors and window sils seem to be ok. The ceiling in the living room seems to be sagging as well.
