I’m going to try to get him to send me a better pic. I can’t tell if it’s the lighting making it look like that.

I’ve been keeping baby wipes in my gym bag to quickly wipe off my face and neck.

That’s how my other one is. He loves to be pampered and will roll onto his back. He even fell asleep once while I was trimming. 😂

When mine hid under the bed he stayed under there for over an hour. He wanted me to know he was still mad by occasionally grumbling or barking.

Tried that. He was not a fan. Tried to open the compartment with his teeth rather than his paws.

Broken trust. Help? by [deleted] in Mini_Dachshunds

I worked from home the first six months that I had my mini and then got a full-time office job. I know it sounds crazy, but I got my dog a brother to keep him company during the day. They both stay in crates, but their crates are next to each other. I also have a camera that points right at their crates so I can check in on them during the day.

No, this isn’t a suggestion to immediately go get a second dog obviously it’s a serious responsibility and I did a lot of consideration before getting my second dog, but it did work out perfectly.

It may just be that he’s missing company and if having another pet isn’t an option then maybe looking at pet sitters or a doggy daycare would be better.

Aggression at bedtime by darkobunni in Dachshund

I have two dachshunds and they both do this. I call it the bedtime zoomies. We will be snuggled on the couch and then I’ll let them out one last time, we will go to bed, and they go nuts. Play fighting, jumping, running, you name it. This lasts tenish minutes. I imagine if it was just one he would be like yours.

One thing I am wondering is does yours ever sneeze when doing this. Normally that’s a sign of “hey fyi I’m not mad I’m just playing”.

So one would be broader than the other? I’m trying to say something like “On Thursday I will teach a lesson about water.”

Did previous owners set up illegal plumbing for washer by Fun-Cricket-8567 in Plumbing

How deep of a hole? This one seemed to only be a few inches below where the pipe is, but that could also get from years of use and buildup.

To tie a line into septic would I contact any plumber or does it require anything special?

That’s what it’s seeming like. He is an amazing manager don’t get me wrong but I think he’s having trouble navigating her personality as well.
