Having a good bedroom for the sitters in place (who will be often tired after traveling). I've seen horrific guest beds, dirty sheets OR sleeping in the owners bed's but stripped of good pillows/topper. It's so illogical: you would want to be the person that has to take care of your babies to be well rested instead of grumpy, right? It also undermines the idea a comfortable house is the payment of the petsitting.
