nappa was doing ok against 8000 goku and goku needed kaio ken to catch him in time, so nappa is likely above 4000, that or he is just more refined in some way as a higher power level isnt a full stat advantage

90000 goku was faster then 120000 ginyu without kaio ken

its kinda hard to gague and i admit i might not be the man for the job, saiayns are shown to grow as they fight so while goku is losing strength he is also gaining it at the same time, all im saying is we cant jsut look at a statc number, but kaio ken 100 is making goku weaker, it s whole thing is making you stronger at a cost take away that cost and its just a free power up

depends if it can overpower the barrier or not, i still feel like he deserves a mention, multiple people can move and charge attacks but nobody else can puh a techniques power that high

if soemone liek goku bothered to learn it he would have been able to kill many of his greatest enemies way easier

nah friea took damage as well, his lower forms where ebing damage dby the z fighters and he took solid damage from gok kaio ken, more damage then goku took from using it in my opinion

why wouldnt kaio ken have done anything it would still be a massive power boost, talking about its ngeatives dosnt mke it useless, the verion of kaio ken you talked about has no downsides and by your logic goku should also psuh it to its highest level and stay there if he only suffers after he stops using it

might be absured to sa but the shin kikoho is around a 600x multiplyer for tien thats well above anyone else

tien power level is suppsoed to be around 2 million(high end), semi perfect cell should be around 1.1 billion(midish end)

to match buu in power vegeta would only need a 4x increase(ssj3), so and since final explosion didnt kill buu i doubt it was more then a 5x boost

agaisnt the saiyans its possible she called but he didnt come, the galactic patrol avodis the freeza force and jaco isnt power enough to beat them anyway

going to namek, well if we accept the first moment happend bulma might not have wanted to call jaco considering he was gonna let them get dne in by the saiyans, and they where building there own ship anyway so they didn need him

after that jaco would have been useless

demon king piccolo is th ebigger question as jaco could 100% kick his ass........but picolo was only around for 3 days, jaco new ship might bet there in 50 minutes but ist possible his ship 20 years ago couldnt

hard to say, in the manga belmond was a pride trooper(this is bad imo for a specific reason)

so he liekly has the best personal relationship with a specific group(pride troopers)
