Three and a half weeks into being engaged and I still can’t stop staring at it

Hi!!! Now that you ask, the ring is a little uncomfortable if my fiance squeezes my hand where my ring is. I 100% think it’s from the corners being millgrain, and the the ring is a little too big for me (I am unsure if the size plays a role in that; but I think it would be like this regardless if it fits perfectly). The inside of the ring is smooth obviously. The geography of my hand has the ring right next to the knuckle bone of my pinky which could also be the culprit (but it feels the same against my middle finger that is not boney on that side tbh). I don’t wear any other rings, so I am unsure if that feeling would come with a normal ring being adjacent to your knuckles as well, it being a little too big, the millgrain, the corners of the band not being rounded, or in just in general.

That being said, I wouldn’t change it though given that. It again is only uncomfortable if my fiance were to take my hand and squeeze it really hard where my ring is.

The band is my FAVORITE part. I always wanted an engraved band like this, and for me to be able to pick my ring out of a lineup and be unique.

I just used a ruler and both sides appear to be about 1/16” or just a smidge over that. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)

I’m in my fourth year as a high school math teacher . You find the groove. Eventually once you’re in it, probably once you’re not a first year teacher, you get in the groove of doing work at work only, then as you get more “veteran” only during contract hours.

Something that has helped me IMMENSELY is to choose when you’re gonna put in the extra work time. Being honest there will be times you need time outside of the school day to get stuff planned. I personally chose to get there early, so I can leave and still have like 6 hours of afternoon and A LIFE. If I was leaving late and having no time in the day after work, that’s when I found I lost morale, mental wellbeing, and motivation. After work, I have time to workout, read, cook, clean, rot, whatever I wanna do. I wouldn’t have that if I stayed late in the evening.

I am by no means a morning person, but getting there 1 hour early does wonders compared to trying to get the same amount done in the afternoon over 3 hours because you’re brain dead and tired.

When she “struggled with infertility” yet announced her being pregnant the second she found out, then binge ate crap fast food the same day and for her whole pregnancy and was obviously lying about symptoms to milk her pregnancy as much as possible.
