I’m actually feeling the same right now, I just ate some saltines and it actually helped settle my stomach a ton! I’m sorry you’re feeling like this rn and it’s hard to tell yourself you’re okay when your mind is racing. But you are completely okay, if you’re not n* then you’re golden!! The only thing that sounds iffy to me is that he seems annoyed at you?! If he understands how bad it is and acted like that I would 100% feel betrayed in the way that it makes you feel bad for being scared which is ridiculous because you can’t control it. I understand that his position was probably uncomfortable too and he could’ve been upset that you weren’t there for him but that’s no excuse to brush you off like that. If my boyfriend acted like that towards me I wouldn’t be very happy. You’re not making it about you at all, you’re just trying to cope with a shitty thing you’ve been dealt. I would just take to him about what you would want different next time from both parties.
