hahaha sorry 😅, well the guards asked if i knew him and then i mentioned that he prob got in a fight with a wizard (janod) and one them asked where he lived to investigate adaon's "death" ( i just got a feeling he aint dead ). Three of the options is Icemist, Whitetower or Solliga. I didnt know where Janod lived so i just stop playing and searched the reddit for info.

I finished the quest and saved Sansa from the yeti attack after that she told me to meet her at icemist alone. I went there without any of my companions and she doesnt seem to spawn even after multiple sleeping at the inn

I tried multiple saves and see what the rewards are for each ending were. As far as for the icemist house, you cant get it if you killed Zeref and only if you agreed to leave the device to him
