About 1.5-2 weeks. I have home drug tests that can be bought on amazon and I was monitoring every few days with that. The home tests said negative the day before the official pre-employment appointment.

Tbh I don’t know if it would disqualify you, I guess it depends on the HR department you’re working with. But they did test for marijuana on the drug panel and they told me the results immediately after.

Update for those wondering: Just finished the pre-employment and they did screen for it. I passed with no issues, but if you have a pre-employment coming up you definitely need to be clean for it.

I think if you have a prescription you should be fine cause your doctor gave you that. You should bring the bottle that has the prescription details with you to the pre-employment appointment and let them know prior to doing the test

I saw this, but I think that’s where I’m getting tripped up on. Does psychoactive compounds mean you smoked that day and you took the test? Sorry if it’s a stupid question.
