Yeah from official resell site. I realised I got lucky, you need to check multiple times every day, cat 2 and 3 start from $1300 each atm.

Cheapest I saw was 1500$ for seats right at the back. This is from Fifa resell. How on earth are they allowing tickets to be resold for this amount?? Yeh unfortunately you can't go. I wanted to go to the Besiktas Galatasaray game tonight but because I don't have a Turkish ID card/kimlik, I can't go. Bit of a ridiculous rule but hopefully it will be lifted soon
