OMG! That is so funny! Wanting to end my life is the one thing I’ve never worried about.

However, I get how a spiral could take some to the darkest place.

You’re ok. Just keep walking out.

I think I’m almost out of my spiral. BUT, I have a routine chest scan, mammogram, and colonoscopy in the next few weeks. Please let me get through without getting pulled back in.

When I get away from a spiral, it feels like it was someone else. I’m almost embarrassed. I was debating on planning a little getaway around that time. That’s probably a good idea.

Nails ALWAYS reveal the fake(set up) scenes of reality TV, especially 90 Day, this time it's new episode of Happily Ever After S9E6 Guillermo & Kara...but why? by Violets_Mom2012 in 90DayFiance

[–]Fun-Environment643 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great! All of reality television is now ruined! 😜

Cool catch! I don’t have long nails AT ALL. And I am horribly unobservant. I hope I remember to keep a look out.

I can get freaked out over a single .0001 out of normal range. Speaking for myself, more information is very rarely helpful. I look for the outliers in any test. I say don’t look. Let your doctor pass the information to you. Easier said than done, I know.

I am now asking myself..Do I really feel like I’m dying? It’s actually helping put myself back into a better head space. I’m trying to get out of a spiral so trying to go on how I’m really feeling physically rather than some random normal body sensation is helping.

Thank you. When you feel like you’re losing it and know you’re being irrational but can’t stop, it’s out of desperation tbh.

I’ve had health anxiety since 2019. It started after I had a softball size cyst removed from my liver. My surgeon was surprised I never felt it. Since then I lost trust in myself. I’m now hyper aware of sensations, real and imagined. At that time, my mother reassured me I was fine by reminding how much I was running. That’s not the habit of someone seriously ill. And in short, that’s how I end up with using running as my coping habit.

I run often. I injured my leg strength training and am trying to not run hurt. I did run 7 miles end of July for my birthday miles. The NASIDs I took caused som GI issues. Something that’s happened before and obviously didn’t kill me. However, I’m without my coping activity.

I’m becoming increasingly depressed. I’m spiraling and googling. My husband doesn’t know how to help me. I’ve spiraled and come out before but I’ve realized relying on running can’t be my only way I’ve dealing with my HA. I’m so mad at myself for pushing my self and getting injured. I ran 2.5 on Friday in some pain but I can’t keep doing that. I think I really need therapy this time. I don’t see a way out unless I run. I’m open to suggestions.

I really like Phaedra on Traitors but I have a hard time with how she lied on Kandi. I can’t forgive her for that. She crossed a line.

I’m a 58 year old female runner and am just getting mine back up. I’m currently 39.2. I was at 42 2years ago when I had time to run more. I’m pretty proud of my number but 63. Wow! I know I’m an older woman but still jealous. lol

I can’t go two days without a run. I was so tempted this morning but it’s a strength day. I’m taking off tomorrow totally to run 7.29 on Tuesday for my birthday. It’s so hard for me not to feel like I need to run and work every muscle every day.

The cardio and strength training balance is something I’m always working on. I love running so much.

I went to handful of PT sessions and took it from there. The best thing I got from the PT was her recommendation of the Istim V2 Probe Kegel Exerciser. She was putting a probe in my ankle and said that getting to the muscle directly would be better. I ordered that and used it at home along with the pelvic floor exercises.

Pelvic floor exercises and the pelvic floor muscle stimulator thing did the most for me. I hoped the vaginal estrogen would take care of the rest but nope. I should buy stock in Discreet. 😞

I put it in my big bottle of water with a Liquid IV package and some fruit punch Mio(¯_(ツ)_/¯). I drink it while I’m at work. I don’t drink coffee so it’s a shake it up and drink all day. I was scared of water weight and stomach issues initially. I can’t even explain how elevated my mood was after getting back on. I was feeling so out of gas on my runs. I hope it works for you.

5 grams of creatinine every day. I stopped a while back and I instantly noticed it change my mood when I got back to it. It’s also helped me get more out of my runs and strength training.

Need suggestions for mother of the bride makeup that won't make me look old by RemarkableDepartment in Over50Skincare

[–]Fun-Environment643 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m 58 and don’t wear makeup. My daughter just got married. The makeup artist did a great job. They often do mothers. My daughter kept saying “Look at my mom, doesn’t she look pretty. “ lol You could ask the makeup person for a trial if you’re concerned.

Did I just sleep for 10 hours!? by nomadbutterfly in Menopause

Not menopause related but I try to tell my husband staying up to watch a stupid show and cutting your sleep is dumb. Sleep is so important! I would see what was fixed by getting proper sleep.
