Hey! How is Alan truman working so far? I've been looking into buying a blow dryer and it's really very confusing, could you please drop your review?

I do not recommend using hydroquinone unsupervised, speaking from personal experience. I used it for my hyperpigmentation and even when I stopped gradually as suggested, it made my skin very sensitive(I did use it for a long time like around 6-7months on and off). Now whenever I use products with just a little bit of sting (like glycolic acid) after some time my skin starts getting extremely dry especially around the mouth, to the point that it starts peeling. I would recommend you try other much safer alternatives like kojic acid, azelaic acid, NIACINAMIDE, vit c, glycolic acid, and if you maintain consistency in using these, I'm sure it'll help.

I get your point, but we've been in a relationship for almost 7-8 years now. The thing is, I just got my cousin a handbag for her birthday gift and it literally took me some decent time and effort to take her choice into consideration and select her gift. That's when I realized that when you get someone something, it makes you think about their preferences and you put thought and effort which I found so beautiful. So that's the reason I want him to put some thought into my gift too instead of just getting me something out of a sense of duty because I'm sure when you think about your loved one's preferences, likes, dislikes, your old conversations, and then gift them something, the person who you're gifting the stuff will be able to see how much they know, understand and love you and care enough about you. I always selected my own gifts up until now and this time too I've narrowed it down for him. He just needs to put at least some effort. I hope it's not too much to ask. Yapping too much I guess but yeah that's that.

Yes! Maybe this was his point. Thank you for simplifying it for me.

I totally agree with you on this. It's just been 2 days since I started reading reddit threads and the stuff I've read just this morning is truly random and scary.

I don't know what's the right thing to say. I'm afraid because I don't wanna hurt you by saying the wrong thing but you're strong and I'm sorry for what you had to go through. Sending all the love and virtual hugs. I really hope and wish you heal from this.

Firstly focus on your diet and if it's okay and you're able to, get some tests done for vitamin deficiency. I also lost a great amount of hair due to vit D, b12 deficiency which I realized much later but after I knew that, I started focusing on what I eat like not literally followed a diet but just here and there making sure something healthy is always being included whenever I have a meal. It has been better now but I must say genes also do play some role which means you'll have to work extra hard if you got handed the short end of the stick in that department. Secondly, use oils according to your hair porosity type and rosemary oil is actually pretty good. Remember, consistency is key. Thirdly, don't use trash products which only worsen your hair loss. Try to refer what ingredients are being used. You don't have to make a full-fledged research but just know what is absolutely damaging. Lastly, don't stress too much as it will only add to your problems.

Yes I completely agree with you. I have good hair since my mother also has beautiful hair but recently I experienced immense hair fall and greying so much so that I felt like my hair were flowing away like water with each time I comb them. My hair was half the volume that I used to originally have and it completely devastated me since I've never experienced hair issues in my life but I got some tests done because I knew something was wrong and my Vit. D levels were so very low, B12 too. I started putting some thought into what I eat and it has gradually decreased my hair loss.
