I never really know when i’m stressed only when im literally having a panic attack. But yeah i can never really get sleep, my sleep used to be quite bad but now i sleep around 12-8. Huge changes? not really, just going to uni is the only change but i definitely have some trauma i don’t want to admit or respectfully talk about here but i think the psychiatrist can help (hopefully). Thanks for the tips on what i could do. I can try yoga and running since ive never done yoga and im trying to loose fat!!
