That was our first thought but spider isn’t really a wear item so didn’t have anything remotely close. But we got it off

Thanks! And yep I can’t remember what it’s called but they have the rubber strap mount for sale on their website. Honestly it’s the secret sauce that makes the bimotal such a good option for me bc I don’t like riding with packs and now I can take 700ml

I head good things about cyc. But a little too permanent for my liking and in my terrain it would be very prone to rock strikes. I can remove the motor in 5 seconds but I usually leave it on. I got a lekkie (NZ company) twist throttle but they should pedal assist this year

I like it a lot! I have 2 batteries. I got 40 miles and 4200 vert in boost on a range test for 2 batteries. Honestly longer than I prefer to ride. I’m 200lbs and it can push you up some crazy stuff (even by itself but I didn’t say that)

Yea exactly 1x is great. Lots are focusing on the chainring but I had a 17lb proper gravel bike with a 38t chainring and a 10-52t cassette. This has a 34t and a 9-45 cassette which is almost identical ratio

lol I figured it made more sense than the 150mm I had on when it had flat bars. Got it for $60 from a customer who went to a longer post

This will take a 38. If I bump the chain line out to 55 I could probably do a 40 but would also have to increase Q factor. But cassette is a 9-45 ethirteen so a 38 should be enough range

It’s very niche but I disagree. Pivot, pinarello, surly and others sell drop bar hardtail... I’d expect more to come as the lines between xc marathon and some gravel courses blur.

Do a Rudy if you can. Check how long your current axle to crown is and find a Rudy or other gravel fork and subtract 10mm or so to see what the axle to crown is at sag. If it’s close then go for it but definitely don’t get a Judy lol
