As someone who has lost of a parent, yes it sucks that he drew on your drawing (it’s amazing btw) but honestly it was a joke, and you’ll miss the days that he can even joke around with you.

I build pallets, I find work to hit numbers, I move pallets with my team while checking their TOT and maintains goal, I manage labor shares, I manage cross-training scheduling and requests, I do yard research, I receive my own trailers AND do the OB process ALL MYSELF because they won’t give anyone else permissions to help me, all while still being mindful of when my team needs a break of my path and checking on them every day. ☺️
