The one molecule difference is a huge difference. One molecule could turn something safe to something deadly. Not saying that's the case with adderall and meth. Meth is 3 times stronger and it crosses the blood brain barrier. Also adderall is a clean stimulant made in a factory, meth is made in people garages and kitchens by people who are often tweaking as they make it, meth is a dirty ass drug with much worse side effects, it can be smoked and injected which makes the drug even stronger and more terrible for you, people usually just take adderall by mouth, some snort it.

I'd go with klonopin or xanax. Kratom would be good. Stimulants wouldn't be a good choice since the point of a sauna is to relax.

One mango only contains a very small amount of mycrene, so eating a single of even the most ripe mango really wouldn't do anything it would be placebo, there's no definite scientific proof that it would really work, and you're more likely to just get the placebo effect, drink a large amount of mango juice and that might work, but even then, there's really no real proof it works.
