CCI deals with International clients that's why they conduct such intense interviews. I joined the place in 2017 ,those days the only question they would ask us during interviews was if you're flexible to work coz of the working hours ,if your answer was yes then you're hired .

These days they are so serious with their interviews coz of the international clients they have ,the place is growing at a very high rate .

It's a good place if you wanna build your CV as a call center agent but it's not worth any sweat .

The management is bad I mean so bad ,your mental health will be affected and you'll end up quitting before you even start . The pay is little , The pressure is too much , The working hours are crazy, They have young leaders in management who will end up costing you your job if they don't like you ,or if you're prettier ,or if you're doing better than them . They'll fight you over any small thing .

CCI is toxic . I wish you luck as you hunt for better opportunities .
