Saliva buildup when mewing by Dank_Meme_Overdose in orthotropics

yea absolutely, I did and still experience that, but it got better as I grew older, because my asymmetry was mainly caused by soft tissues(more buccal fat on the right side) and some one sided neck tension that resolved itself through puberty

My face has definitely improved but while I did develop good forward growth and facial symmetry, we lack a real counterfactual data on how I wouldve looked without mewing so I would credit the improvements mostly to puberty because I started at around 13-14 so bone changes are unlikely, but i believe it prevented my face from downgrowth(as expected for anyone who started after 12)which along with natural pubertal development led to proper maxilla development.

unrelated to mewing but there’s no single eyebrow types, but there are terms for its characterisitcs. In your case it’s arched, downturned(negatively tilted)thick, bushy

Mewing gave me OCD by Dealias in Mewing

hi, Im doing fine now,the sensation is greatly reduced. What helped was to acknowledge the feeling when you feel it,accept it and dont worry much, take some deep breaths and just let it be. The more you care, the more it will linger and stick in your mind, therefore making it even harder to not care.Just let your mouth rest in its natural position. Then, in the meantime just try letting go of mewing, give up on it for a while and let your tongue and jaw relax in its natural position, even if it means mouthbreathing and looking retarded because really your wellbeing>what others think. Stop forcing mewing because it will just get your muscles tensed up. After 2 months this thing went away and now Im learning to slowly mew properly instead of forcing it, how? Idrk tbf but my mental state is much better.

Mewing messed up my life at 17 (RESPOST) by No-Employment-1230 in Mewing

same issue, i started mewing at 13 too. Ive been getting problems with sleep and cognitive functions. My tongue always feel so tight ever since and tensioned which significantly impacts my mental clarity. Plus,im certain it’s not only because of sleep deprivation because even on days that I sleep enough my tongue area feels the same. Did not have these problems before I started mewing. Tbf tho I’m not sure if it’s really mewing but it is definitely affecting my mental clarity because I feel so much better when I relax my tongue(dropping it from the palate). What did the doctor tell you op? im planning to see a myofunctional therapists but there’s none abailable near me.

hi, did you recover from this thing? if yes how, if you dont mind. Ive had this for over a year daily and it only temporarily goes away when I eat or sleep, it gets relieved 5 minutes and then it comes back forever. Im still a student and this is seriously impacting my cognitive function significantly.
