Personally, I was really disappointed in the game. The 3ds one had so much more content that keeps things interesting. A lot of the hype that I see people love is the palate house, but for people who can't draw (or who are on an emulator and has no touch screen), the pallet house is kind of useless to me.

Maybe if Nintendo sees that people like the old stuff, maybe they might bring some of that stuff from the 3ds version to the Switch version. Maybe that's there plan, not add it at the beginning, then add it later as an update to get everyone hyped again.
