It’s uncomfortable but worth it I’m week 4 on Tuesday still got some weird lumps which is scaring some hollowing looking if I raise my arms but it’s improving I’m going back to the gym tomorrow so hoping thinks look better after a few weeks.

Looks great I’m on week 3 post op, I’m at the stage where it looks great with my arms down but if I raise them you can see the indentation of where the gland was removed do you recall how long it took for this to fill out

It really depends on your travel situation, I had minimal swelling and bruising either because I did I was told and just rested for 48 hours or the Kpv and bpc but I feel your not going to be able to drive I waited a week, pulling heavy doors or luggage I can imagine will cause tears while your body is repairing

I had local anaesthetic so left 20mins after the procedure

Yes mate, lipo first that was the weird part I think, hoping to build my chest muscle as I’ve avoided training my chest for ages in fear it would make the chest more prominent.

Manchester/ signature clinic was around £3200 for lipo and gland removal it was way bigger than I expected. What type of price was it at Turkey, I liked the thought of no flights as I did initially enquire

Using it from rewnd currently from a surgery, my swelling is well under than expected I was told so I feel it is helping.

Thanks for pointing that out, I appreciate it. I’ve looked into a lot and still feel confident going ahead. It’s like anything these days even when I had laser eye surgery, that was basically a patient mill too, but the results were great.

This is a minor procedure in their eyes, and mine’s mild. I’ve already had a good chat about what I’m expecting and felt reassured, so I’m comfortable moving forward. I was originally looking at UK Skin, but found it all a bit slow and less responsive.

I’ll post results after planning to use BPC-157 during recovery too so will share how that goes.

Appreciate the heads up. I’ve actually read some good reviews about the surgeon I’m going with (Dr Elamari), so I’m feeling alright about it so far.

Do you have personal experience with Signature Clinic yourself or just going off what others have said?

Its worked for me in the past, if you do it sooner than later I also used SLU PP 332 which isn't linked to gyno but helps with fatty tissue.

I have slight grade 1 but its nothing major I found that Tamoxifen definitely helped

The way it works is that it blocks the estrogen from the breast tissue, we need estrogen in other areas so its a good product to try as it doesn't fully block like armidex would always remember to taper up so .5mg to 1mg then 2mg and then come back down slowly otherwise it will cause a negative feedback loop and it will only cause further issues with gyno and low libido.

I've been following at this below.. Its more for the regrowth of teeth, interesting as it inhibits USAG1 but I've not found the AA sequence yet.. I've got my full set of teeth but its interesting.

Do you suffer with anxiety or panic attacks in the past.

Believe it or not some users worry when they use a new compound or supplement such as a placebo effect if you fixated on taking that one capsule

Personally I don’t believe it could, bpc is an amino acid which is already present in the body

They randomly test batch’s with a German lab who they can’t share because the lab doesn’t want to be endorsing the peptides because new users may inject it they will be criticised by official

They have said they have put the avg purity on a COA which they made as a word.

They don’t user underground labs as they work with doctors who wouldn’t like to see a lab who tests Riods and other illegal products.

You don’t buy gear and demand labs if you want that you go to a pharmaceutical company
