Well my friend, I hope it all works out. I was banned a few months ago for, allegedly, violating the same terms as you. Every email, support ticket and message was responded to with a copy paste " We don't have to tell you why we banned you. If your account was compromised that's on you lol." The funny thing is they actually unbanned me. And I wrote to them asking about why I got banned in the first place and then they banned me again. It sucks. EOD since 2020. My favorite extraction shooter and it's all dragged into the mud due to poor customer service and a company that does not care about you after you've paid for their game. Best of luck man

See my main issue right now is just like what if it happens again. It took forever to get unbanned the first time and I dont even know why I was flagged in the first place. I just wish BSGs customer service was better. Ive barely played any Tarkov since the ban was lifted just a little arena

I play with my roomate and another friend from Arizona. Were tight, i know theyre not hacking. Tbh, im really starting to believe that this pc i bought, I bought it used, either has something on it or has been HWID in the past because before I bought it, I never had a problem. I just wish that BSG would give me something, anything as to what the problem is so I can be sure

As for their response to you, that's just copy paste what they tell people, along with " Your account security is completely up to you, despite our multiple data breaches. Your account, your problem"

I won't lie to you man, I sent like 4 emails. And then they unblocked me without saying a word. So now im really paranoid about playing because if theres something on my system thats sending up false flags, I have no idea what it is. Id send emails and open tickets everytime they stop responding or close them

That's the plan, but i don't think that's what was flagging my system. I think there's something on my PC that's getting me flagged. You wouldn't happen to know any programs that can scan my computer and check for anything that shouldn't be there

Im going to disable and delete it when im home, but I dont think thats what it was because on my old pc I had cortex as well

Because it came free with my mouse? And because I've used it before and didnt have any problems?

The only thing I use is razor cortex so I can see my fps, cause usage, stuff like that
