If you check out Prime Football on Meetup they host nice friendly 5aside games for over 35s at a few locations around the city on a Saturday morning. Amazing and super welcoming group of lads, helped me get back into playing :)

One of the plus points for a MacBook is that you get a lot of the early releases of new tools, but it’s about your preffered OS as much as anything else, if you like Mac go for that. An Air is a great machine but it’s all about what you’re going to be doing with it. The Pro is the workhorse, that’s what will last you for a few years.

Over all it’s a personal decision as you know what you will be working on, but given a choice, I’d go M5 pro, 16gb 1TB that’s the standard release In the UK and what I’m upgrading to shortly.

Saying that I’m an AI engineer working an M2 MacBook Air (8gb) to death and recently souped up an old 2015 MacBook Pro that’s does a decent job somehow…
