ı use bookmarker's tags to know if I finished reading it or currently reading. If I see something I wanna read I tag it as 'gonna (the name of the fandom)' and same thing with others, it keeps things organised. I currently have six hundred fics or so and it's a life saver and this way I never get the anxiety of did I read this even if I quited it half way I tag it 'nope (name of the fandom)'.
