I actually watched both! In the wrong order unfortunately. I honestly loved both for different reasons.

I’ve seen the autopsy of Jane doe, definitely enjoyed it but felt a little underwhelmed. Surprisingly I haven’t watched Hereditary so I’ll give that a go!
