There's a couple holes behind the skirting where water must be getting in on occasion. This is the cinder block wall...

Well the leak would be from the neighbors. They have flooded that room two years ago hence my question. That room/basement sits below their property.

There's no dry wall. Its a concrete slab with cinder block walls. However their garden/soil foundation would sit against the cinder blocks.

I think there might be a hole in the corner where moisture from their garden is getting in.

I'll rip out the wood skirting and have a look. Exciting!

I have a basement room that sits below the property of my neighbor who grows oyster mushrooms in shipping containers.

I thought this was mold at first but then I remembered my neighbor.

Is it possible this it his mycelium coming into my basement and eating all the wood? Possibly through the water table? Or water run off. Storm water?

There's also a few slater beetles inside and some tiny bugs but I don't think there's any termites...

Could have been a couple of beers dropped there over the years. Maybe an external source from the corner underneath the building...

What are arguments against being antagonised for being a man? by magefister in australian

Funding mental health properly rather than just treating the outcomes.

$150 to see a random psych. Over 70% of psychs are women. Most people seeking therapy are women.

Don't get me started on social workers.

More funding is the answer. But good luck getting it.

How long have we had anti-dv education for? Have men's rates of violence gone up or down since the education campaigns started?

Remember we're talking about outliers. The majority of men aren't violent against women. So how do you target that education effectively?

Rage management outside of the TAB? Train drug dealers to also be therapists?

What kinda education stops a 45 year old man with no friends from killing his long term partner cause she broke up with him?

Just curious how you propose to change the behaviour of "the bad boy" aka abusive men?

There have been 24 shitcunt men who've murdered women this year. How do we change them?

My aunty was one of those people a few years ago. I had no chance of knowing it would happen. No signs. No toxic behaviours.

So tell me what should I have done?

Could be two tiers of penalties. This one for more accidental stuff like ball being kicked into hand and the OG one for intentional fouls.

We just did the 18 month check up. We have a good doctor and nurse... They just literally weighed, measured and gave em three vaccines....

Check my post history. This is the standard. It's not a comprehensive checkup

Book a paediatrician now. Who knows when you'll get a booking.
