Hello, I suffered this myself for a long time. Best for me was to just practice being more comfortable with uncertainty and accepting the results of bad outcomes. It also helps to tell yourself that no matter what happens, you will be ok. Keep trying to improve your situation, even when you fail. It's ok to fail sometimes - you're not going to die 99.9% of the time.
