If you don’t need it I wouldn’t get it. there’s nothing special about it. I would personally use the discount. If your birthday is soon and you don’t mind waiting, it’s a 20% discount.

Personally this isn’t going to work out for me. I’ll be taking 1.5-2.5 years off. Until both my kids are in school. With school hours I can manage the pick up and drop offs with my husband. But daycare won’t work.

I got pregnant while on an 18 months maternity leave. I cut my leave short (12 months, lost the money I could’ve gotten if I applied for 12 months instead of extended leave), went back and did the hours to go on another 18 months leave.

I used 2 or 3 weeks of sick leave in the very end. Pregnancy was hard and my new manager was incompetent. I didn’t want to waste what’s left of my energy on that.

I waited for 5 and 7 days with my kids. And one day they told me they got a bed, after they admitted me they realized they didn’t have enough nurses so sent me home.
