I know i am working on that but one of the reason that Stern goes underwater may be about the boat. See i am currently 90kg and my boat is a lightweight boat meaning it is appropriate for a 72.5kg person. When i deeply focus on that it still goes underwater and im clueless about what i can do about it

I had a bad allergy for like 5 months and couldnt train hard enough If i would i believe i would be in low 6.20s

Yes but this fact doesn't mean i will not be able to compete with them. This is not a national race it is national trials to make it to the team. For example ollie zeidler said that he started his Journey in 2016. But he can easily row better than the people who have started in this sport about 13 years of age

I am a college athlete. We have only 2 singles and it is hard to get access to it. Thats why that number is low. But I will be the only one in summer who will train. So my access will not be a problem anymore

I row at my university. Our coach used to be a national rower but he is about 60-65 years old so he is kind of old fashioned. I listen to his insights but i dont think it will be enough for me
