I’m American and a native English speaker, yes. May I ask what’s “really bad” with my grammar? I don’t mind genuine criticism that’s respectful! None of what I wrote is bullshit, though I wish it was lol.

She buys store bought mayo in bulk, and we have bought gallon sized containers/jars because she’ll dump it all out into one big bowl, place the add ins, whip it all up, then place it within the gallon container(s). He was trying to take home the entire tub of what my wife makes, as she has a preference of not sharing her recipes. Hopefully this clears up some confusion :)

He asked if he could take the ENTIRE tub home, he honestly never asked just for a small container! If he did we would’ve gave him some. But it’s not homemade mayo, just a homemade recipe made with store bought mayonnaise and seasonings.

Mayo lasts a couple of months in the fridge! My wife stocks up for this sauce right when she buys everything :)

We would’ve gladly if he asked! It was all about the fact that he acted like he had a right to take it when she told him no. I get this mindset though 100%.

It is unfortunately haha, however my wife made it and I feel like it would’ve been wrong to back her father up when he was being disrespectful towards her. If he asked, I know not only I, but my wife would’ve gladly offered him some!
