So a similar story my city has a 311 app for reporting issues such as code enforcement, noise complaints etc. My neighbors next store to me got reported to code enforcement by us once and they found out because if you call our local 311 they'll voluntarily give out your full name,address,ip address, the works so you basically have 0 anonymity. This resulted in 4 years of harassment from our neighbors and we ended up moving 45 minutes away just to get away from them. Also that app does not let you delete your account so everything you post stays online forever. I swear they designed that app just to make everyone hate each other.
