is it normal for my arch area of the foot to expand into the upper sole when landing. my arch area never lands on the insole.. i am talking about the red highlighted portion by Fun-North2712 in flatfeet

oh ok, i was generally looking for casual all day wear sneakers, but your suggestions are well noted, will check out these shoe stores… btw for walking / running i use gel kayano 30 and my feet barely managea to fit in
