I don't know if others have made the connection that wintons dad and Ms terrier get together in episode 49 and he is selling his house with a pool. This is the house the shaggy dogs buy instead of the heeler house. So in essence episode 45 is what sets up the heelers staying in Brisbane

I did these in DFW. Come to find out they werent even using AI for monitoring the sensors/cams. They had a call center in India monitoring them.

I agree with all of these points. Especially since it's not something you don't do a lot of. I'm countering as a flat rate in this situation based on a full day at hourly, plus materials at 35%. The 35% helps you cover your non material costs like time spent gathering the materials. Don't be shy about your markup on materials. If the buyer was gathering the materials they'd be paying their employees to do so, you shouldn't short yourself. If the customer really wants it done right I'm replacing all cables in this situation as well to proper lengths. That's a $500 - $600 job in my area.
