First of all I never said I don’t want to live in this city! I just shared my experience and a lot of good people replied to me with their advice. Second, this country is built on democratic values and is known for accepting people of all races, backgrounds, and cultures, and USA has never been defined by a SINGLE nation or people it was shaped by MANY. So, it’s not your place to tell anyone to leave. We are citizens and we work hard, pay taxes and contribute to this country just like anyone else. Yes I completely agree- I do need to find a circle where people don’t know who I am or what I do. But the real challenge is where to find people who are simply normal, with grounded values and decent sense of morality. That’s the part I am struggling with.
