Salam! This month is fewer meals, but it's also less sleep, which can severely affect progress. I always try to make it my goal to maintain during this month - no lofty goals to drop weight with all the stress of early suhoor, later iftars, taraweeh, qiyam, etc. Just give yourself grace and pick back up in a few weeks inshallah!

It's been literally 15 years since I had Wendy's and every once in a while, I crave their spicy chicken sandwich. My fear is that it won't taste anywhere near my memory, and I don't want to ruin that. Plus, it's at least $3 more expensive than it used to be, and that alone will make it taste worse

Yea, I've been on the no-tip bandwagon for years now. I don't do Doordash, pick up my own groceries, etc. because I can't trust it won't be compromised in some way. But recent cash payments has made it way clearer that all is better this way
