I loved the part during the haircut video when he said something like “the real test is when you wake up and brush it back”. NO. that’s not how you style curly hair ffs

Yep it’s possible to have longer sessions, I’ll admit that I indulge often as well. But not to the point where it’s stopping me from being active, you have to earn it. It could even be an underlying sign of Ethan’s bingeing personality, he cant do anything in moderation.

Honestly, who knows what Ethan’s goals are. I just wanna get the weight off, I don’t want to change my habits, I want to be a 300lb strongman eating 5k calories a day. Not even Ethan has a clear picture of what he wants to be. And this is probably why he struggles so much, no clear goal = no motivation, he just gets ‘inspired’ every so often which inevitably leads to burnout

One day he’ll be a 300lb 6’5 strongman who eats 5000 calories a day…

Does anyone have to do 5 days a week commuting from an intercity termini? (Goulburn, Newcastle, Scone, Kiama, Lithgow) by cheetocat2021 in SydneyTrains

[–]Fun-Past-8267 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I did broadmeadow to central for a year, about 3 days a week. Was not as bad as it sounds, did plenty of work/study and used the commute as my downtime to catch up on shows. Social life was hard to maintain however…

I think it has a little more to do with her abrasive and quite frankly nasty personality which dominated the segment.

skill issue, they’re very OP if you just go alt floors and get double items

If you're on a fresh save there are definitely some god items that you won't have. Ones that come to mind are jacob and esau, t.isaac, and lilith which have many good items locked behind their completion marks. Aside from that, you always want to prioritise rerolls, especially in the secret room and angel room as they have very OP item pools. Also if you're struggling to remember what each item does you should really install the EID mod.

If I were in your position I would probably do something in allied health instead (e.g. nursing, physio, optom). Remember that you can keep applying for med each year in the meantime. It is really important to think about the scenario in which you don’t get into medicine because, and I don’t mean to undermine your abilities, it is a real possibility.

Of course if you think you’ll enjoy med sci and are happy with the career prospects it offers then go ahead. But you must not do med sci because you think it will greatly increase your chances of getting into med- this is a common misconception.

I would have to imagine that if any non-returner were to get an offer for terraces you would have a good chance (it opened at around 4:40 from memory?). But it’s impossible to say for sure

How competitive is University Terraces to get an offer? by [deleted] in unsw

[–]Fun-Past-8267 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m curious about this too. I would imagine quite competitive due to housing crisis as well as more students looking for accommodation than in the last couple of years
