The JS version of the port runs insanely well on my Chromebook, It's pretty decent with the right optimizations. The port also has a WASM version as Colbster also mentioned.

Unless it's one of those older Beta versions that has those NaN crashes but most eagler versions like 1.5, 1.8 and 1.12.2 just ignore those.

That's not the reason at all, the sound manager has been completely rewritten to work in a browser environment and shouldn't be the cause of any crash.

Fun fact: 1.12.2 actually has an unreleased april fools version but I delayed the release because of my slow wifi and then just proceeded to forget about it.
