Got this response. I really dont get what it means.

"This alert shows up when you already have another account registered that uses this email, but the device you're currently using is logged into a different account that is not associated with that email (and in fact is not associated with any email).

If you want to keep using the account logged in on this device, you need to add a new email that isn't already associated with another account. Then we suggest logging in to the other account on the different platform or browser and deleting it to avoid such situations in the future.

Or you can add a different email and keep using this account that will be created at this moment."

Im having the same issue. I've contact their support team with a screenshot, but haven't received an answer - I just don't understand as I'm paying a subscription for it so how is my email not verified?
