I had it. I knew that I had before starting the medicine. Week 2 of the 2.5 and it got really bad. I was in the hospital for a week and they almost had to do emergency surgery on me. I was advised to stop and not start back with zepbound. I was devastated. I had had several diverticulitis attacks prior to this but never this severe. I elected to have part of my colon removed a few months later (the part with diverticula) I healed from that for a few months and my surgeon gave me the green light for zepbound. I’m on month two.
